With this tool, you can configure a two-factor authentication (2FA), an improved security measure for the login interface of cPanel & WHM(Web Host Manager). Two-factor authentication requires two forms of identification:

• Your password
• A generated security code

When you enable Two Factor Authentication , an app on your smartphone supplies a code that you must enter with your password to gain access. Without your smartphone and the app, you cannot log in.

Note: Two Factor Authentication requires a smartphone with a supported time-based one-time password (TOTP) app.

• You can chose to set up the function or not.
• When you choose to set it up, two steps are required.
