Hey, it happens. Sometimes you forget your password. Or whatever the reason is, you are unable to login to your cPanel from www.yourdomain.tld/cpanel. Looks like the cPanel login details are incorrect.
We, at CloudHost know that you are human and that you have a lot of things on your mind. So we have made sure that you don’t have to remember your password to login to cPanel.
All you have to remember are your Client Area login details. Now let’s show you how to login to cPanel from Client Area (some refer to it as auto-login, whatever name you call it, it works. That’s all)
So, quickly, here are the steps:
1. Go to your client area and click login.
2. Once you are logged in, click on Services.
3. Select the hosting account you want to login to.
4. On the left, in the Actions section, click on “Login to cPanel.”
5. Voila! auto-login grants you access to your cPanel.
This should only be a temporary fix, you should still have you cPanel login details handy. You can request your login details by opening a support ticket to request it.
Now you don’t have to sweat it when you need to make changes and cannot readily access your cPanel login details. Just go through Client Area.
