You can now know the condition of all your sent  mail. whether they be delivered or not. Here is how to:

1) Log in to your Cpanel account

2)Locate the “Email Trace” icon on the Mail Section of the panel.

3)Add Recipient Email address then click on “Run Report”

The mail you have sent to the recipient would be traced so you know if its been delivered  or not.
