Softaculous  makes installing and uninstalling of programs simple. This tutorial will show you how to remove WordPress using Softaculous on your Cpanel.

Deleting WordPress programs with Softaculous:

1. Log into your cPanel
2. Click the Softaculous icon in the Software/Services section
3. Click on WordPress button in the top menu
4. Next , click the icon  to remove wordpress
5. Remove everything unless you intend to keep data from the installation.  Leave all boxes checked for Remove directory, Remove database, and Remove database user.Click the Remove Installation button to uninstall this program. You will then receive a pop up stating:

   These actions are irreversible!
   Are you sure you want to remove this installation ?

   Click OK to complete the removal of the software. When the uninstallation was successful, you will see the following message:

   The installation was removed successfully
